Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Accounts Manager for Health and Social Care


Location: Birmingham


Salary: 22,000-26,000 depending on experience


We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Accounts Management and Health and Social Care to join our dynamic and growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in the healthcare sector, assisting them in finding the best talent for their teams.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within the healthcare sector.

  • Identify and source top talent in the health and social care field through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.

  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the roles you are recruiting for.

  • Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.

  • Provide guidance and advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Accounts Management in the health and social care sector.

  • Strong understanding of the health and social care industry and the challenges faced by employers in this field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own workload and priorities effectively.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
