Social Housing Contractor looking for a Multi Skilled Worker to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract in West London

The Job will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required.

This will be a full time, Temp-perm contract 12 weeks getting paid CIS before being taken on permanently.

The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, and PDA to complete your duties.

Duties will include: (but not limited to )

- Hanging doors

- Door frame repair/renew

- Window frames UPVC/wood

- Glazing

- Locks and latches, forced entries

- Kitchen Unit worktops

-Bath panel stud work

- Skirting and architraves
