Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker required to assist a residential home based in Worthing, West Sussex.

Our client provides residential services to adults aged 18 - 65 with Autism, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy and speech and hearing impairments.

As the support worker you would focus on, encouraging independent living and being a caring and helpful support to the service users.

Requirements for you as the Residential Support Worker:

• Experience in support work


• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills


• Enhanced Child and Adults DBS


• Understanding and patient character


• Be able to get to worthing by public transport or your own vehicle
