Manucomm Recruitment are currently recruiting a Production Line leader /  production team leader for an expanding food manufacturer based in Lacock nearChippenham
 
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 05:00 - 14:00 (43.5hrs paid)
 
The successful production line leader / production team leader will report into the Shift Manager and assist with the day to day running of the department.

 
Duties will include:
- Ensure shift runs smoothly and that the Plan is met
- Ensuring staff are, inducted, trained and assessed for the purpose of the job
- Performance manage staff
 
Key skills required:
·Must have previous supervisory experience gained from working in an FMCG environment, ideally food, drink or pharmaceutical
·Must have excellent communication skills
