Casualty Solicitors 3 years PQE

One of my clients, a market leader for defendant law, is expanding and looking to bring on two experienced solicitors.
 
As one of the successful applicants, you will be managing your own caseload of defended EL and PL pre-litigated and litigated claims along with assisting on high value and complex cases.

You will work closely with clients providing high quality advice and legal services.


 
In order to be considered for these roles, you must be a qualified solicitor with both pre and post litigation experience handling casualty claims.

You will be able to work to your own initiative to advance cases to settlement as well as providing a first class service to clients at all stages of their case.

Assisting with the supervision of junior staff is also required in this role.

The salary for this role is upwards of £35,000 and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible although are respective of 3 month notice periods.
