Assurance Lead (Skynet)

Holt Executive are collaborating with a leading provider of integrated solutions for global defence and security.

Due to success and continued growth within the business, they require an Assurance Lead - Skynet to join the Mission Systems business team in Bristol.

This role also provides flexible hybrid working arrangements with 1-3 days in the office/onsite.

The successful Assurance Lead – Skynet will be responsible for organising and managing all assurance events including the aggregation of the supporting information, evidence, and deliverables to be achieved for the events to be successful.

This will include liaison with all elements of the project delivery team in conjunction with the Customer’s Assurance representatives to ensure that the programme Verification, Validation, and Test Strategy is delivered, and the Assurance Case is created and subsequently maintained.

Key responsibilities include ownership of the programme VV&T Strategy, the creation and execution of all internal and customer acceptance events, the production of VV&T reports and delivery of the overall Assurance Case.

Essential experience required by the Assurance Lead – Skynet:

- Systems Engineering or full lifecycle project management experience.
- The creation and sustainment of an Assurance Case in a complex defence and telecommunication project / programme, preferably MILSATCOM.
- Practice in demonstrating Service Assurance and JSP604 compliance.
