Service Desk Manager

Service Desk Manager required by our client who provides IT and unified communication services across the globe, over time growing to have offices in several countries and working with organisations across 6 continents.

Having such a large coverage and vast experience enables us to provide our partners with tailored logistics project support for all their clients, worldwide including complex international migration and IMACD projects.

Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for managing operations of the Service Desks and help the teams develop.
•    Report on the team’s analysis, and Identify any Issues ensuring that the company provides excellent services to clients
•    Ensure all services are delivered In line with contractual requirements.
•    Ensure effective training of team members, Including adoption of new solutions and/or technology.

Skills & Experience:

- You must have management experience
- Microsoft SharePoint,
- M365
- Azure
- A minimum of five years of experience in this role during the previous ten years Is required.
