Probate Private Client Solicitor

Location: Readin

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE

The Job Role:

As a Probate Solicitor in our client's prestigious, busy and friendly law firm in the heart of Reading, you will bring at least 2 years PQEPrivate Client experience in Wills, Probate & Estate Planning & Management Law to this role.

You will manage a caseload of clients including simple and more complex cases.

Solicitors in our client's firm are typically highly experienced professionals - candidates with over 2 years' PQE Probate experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:



* Manage your own caseload of Probate Law clients


* Serve clients to the high standards the firm is known for


* Support the Partners and colleagues as required


Essential Responsibilities:



* Minimum 2 years Private Client PQE experience in Probate Law


* Understanding and experience of adhering to STEP best practice


* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
