Social Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Bedfordshire to work in a Children's Social Services Department.

This position will be based in a busy Children With Disabilities Team.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated qualified Social Workers for our Children With Disabilities Team who will be able to assess effectively and manage a fast-paced work environment.

For this position, you must have -

• A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)


• Social Work England registration

The successful candidate will have the following skills.

• To build relationships with children, young people, their family and carers so that you can understand what matters to them


• Assess and plan for children and young people so we can help them access the right service to increase their independence and best outcomes


• Provide support and advice for children and young people with a disability and their families and to support children be find the right advocacy for them to ensure they can participate fully


• Assess and work with multi-agency partners to reduce the level of risk and vulnerability of children and young people
