Operative Team Leader - Westminster

Our client, a successful global service company is looking for a Operative Team Leader in the Westminster area.

The Operative Team Leader role comes with a fantastic basic salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience.

- Hours: 40 hours per week Day shift  06:00-14:30pm. 
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Operative Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of operatives to ensure workload is distributed
- Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public. 
- Create a safe place to visit and work.  
- Deputise for the supervisor/Manager when needed
- Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources.
- Ensure that the Westminster contractual obligations are completed in the required times as part of your daily duties

Minimum Requirements as a Operative Team Leader:

- Experience within a similar team leader role
- Front facing customer service experience 
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Work 2 out of 4 weekends (Overtime)
