Our Client

A well-established family run company is looking for a welcoming a Management couple to join their stunning Richmond Hotel with great character and a second to none company culture.

One of you will have to be Kitchen trained and one front of house manager.

They offer award winning ales and all-day food in a relaxed and friendly environment.

If successful, they offer a competitive salary package with a bonus incentive scheme.

This role comes with a private flat and no bills along with 3 meals a day.

Do not be detered if you have never been a General manager and a Head Chef, aslong as you have some experience in kitchen and operations we can work with you to build you into leaders.

The Role
• Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the pub.
• Supervise, motivate & develop staff
• The focus will be on team training and development, maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth.


The Person OR Couple
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Pub General Manager or similar environment.
• Understanding of simple good pub food OR if a couple, the ability to run and manage a busy kitchen.


• We are looking for an ambitious, standards-driven manager with cellar management
• Strong motivational skills, attention to detail and a welcoming personality is required!
• Personal License Holder ESSENTIAL
