THE COMPANY:

Get Recruited is partnering with a leading global healthcare manufacturer.

They're looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their busy team and provide end-end processing for all areas of management accounts.

The Management Accountant will report directly into the Financial Controller.

This is a fantastic opportunity! To work within a growing and reputable organisation.

THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

• Manage & reconcile the cashflow data, including reconciling the cashflow reports, both internal & group-level


• Manage & reconcile Cashbooks and post receipts/payments and reconciliation to computer system and Bank Statements


• Manage the debtors lists and successfully collect the overdue debts


• Create & review the weekly payment run with the Financial Controller


• Ensure full reconciliation of Purchase and Sales Ledger Control accounts in line with the Monthly Management Accounts


• Manage the process of the stock purchase invoices


• Process all non-stock purchase orders and ensure supplier receipt and agreement


• Prepare and distribute of the Weekly Sales Flash, Weekly Stock & 90 Days stock report to all stakeholders


• Prepare and distribute the Monthly Sales & Margin Analysis report


• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to Trial Balance including full balance sheet reconciliation


• Assist in the Annual Financial Audit of company accounts.

THE PERSON:

• Inquisitive with a desire to learn and develop knowledge of product costing and commercial proposals.


• Confident Communicator with ability to communicate at all levels


• Process Driven with ability to efficiently follow processes and procedures


• Experience is using Sage Software systems is desirable


• ACCA or CIMA part qualified or qualified

THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT SALARY IS UP TO £45,000 BASE + BENEFITS.
