Supervisor - Lambeth - £30,003.96 per annum - Full-Time 42.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to work on the streets directing and managing a team.

Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.
  
What you will do:

- You will manage your on-street team of staff
- You will communicate effectively and lead from the front
- You will work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed
- You shall motivate, praise and develop your team
- You will make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
- You will set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
- You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract

 
What you will bring:

- 3 years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training
- Excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
- Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
- Full clean Drivers Licence
