Project Administrator

Project Administrator

A Project Administrator is required to join a Global automotive solutions provider, this role will provide project support to a key European vehicle manufacturer on their parts programme.

Working to support projects in the Austrian market through timely reporting and administration.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in an administration or ecommerce role, ideally working with CRM systems.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills are also required.

This is a fixed term contract with an end date of August 2024, with the opportunity to be extended.

Remote role - Austria based.

Salary: circa €35,000 - €40,000

The Candidate

  • Our ideal candidate with have experience in client support, administration, project support or ecommerce role.

  • A focus on data with solid Microsoft Excel skills.

  • You should have a technical affinity, with the ability to learn things quickly.

  • You should have strong communication skills, with the ability to work with all stakeholder levels.

The Role

  • Implement service projects for the Austrian market.

  • Interface between the business and the client.

  • Implement project-relevant tests and approvals.

  • Set and track timelines.

  • Create and track action plans to achieve goals.

  • Ensure communication between dealers, DMS providers and clients.
