Accounts Assistant (

Accounts Assistant – Car Dealership – £30,000 – Surrey 

This well-established, family run dealership Group is currently recruiting a full time Accounts Assistant position in their centralised Accounts department.

This role would suit an Accounts Assistant looking for a long-term role.

Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge Rev8 experience is desirable, but not essential.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week

Responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant job:-

- Setting up bank transfers for the various sites and departments
- Credit control
- Daily manufacturer statement posting
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Petty cash payments
- Holiday cover for the other accounts roles

 
Skills and Experience:

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a dealership environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including previous experience using a DMS, ideally Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge Rev8
