Lead Practitioner - Safeguarding

A Local Authority in North London is looking for a Lead Practitioner within Adults Social Work to join their Safeguarding Team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £45.00 per Day.

Responsibilities of you as a Lead Practitioner:

• Have responsibility for managing a small complex caseload.


• Undertake complex need and risk assessments in line with legislation and best practice,


• Chair safeguarding meetings and other appropriate multidisciplinary meetings as


• required by the Team Manager as appropriate.

Requirements of you as a Lead Practitioner:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• A valid Social Work England registration


• Experience in Lead Practitioner roles
