My Client is a well-established, sub-contract engineering company serving a wide spectrum of customers with a huge variety of bespoke requirements, offering interesting and varied work producing one-offs and small batch work.

I am looking for an efficient and adaptable metal finisher to work alongside their busy fabrication department.
 
As a Metal Finisher/Polisher your role will consist of:

- Ideally, you will be familiar with all aspects of metal finishing from sanding small fabrications to high-end polishing, but training will be available to the right candidate
- A keen eye for detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Good time management and ability to manage workload to meet delivery dates
- Willing to do overtime if required
- Accurately record time worked on jobs

 Metal Finisher/Polisher Hours of work:

- Mon-Thu 7:45am to 5pm, Fri 7:45am to 12:45pm (basic 40 hours per week)
- Regular overtime available, paid at time and a third for the first 8 hours per week, then at time and a half
- Annual leave: 20 days + 8 bank holidays in first year, rising to 23 days + 8 bank holidays after 3 full calendar years of service
