Speech and Language Therapist - Permanent

Maxxima have recently partnered with one of the UK’s innovative provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of a therapy team in our North West schools and provide overall support to the children and young people.

This post is based in Wolverhampton, Wilmslow and Bucknall. 
 
 Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist:

- Working collaboratively with the sites and ELKLAN trained staff, you will support teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- You will be responsible for holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the three special schools and with the support of our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.

What we are looking for in a Speech and Language Therapist:

- The legal right to work in the UK
- Experience working in a similar role
- HCPC registration 
- A valid driving license
