Game Producer

We are looking for a passionate Game Producer with strong management skills to join our successful, talented and driven hybrid casual games team.

As a Game Producer, you will work closely with the Head of Production to organize, plan and manage the development of hybrid casual game releases.

Benefits: Salary up to £50k, dependant on experience, Hybrid working, 2 days at home, 3 days in the office based in Leamington Spa.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, and Core Tech departments to ensure release deadlines are met.


• Provide regular feedback on the games we make and help design create the best games we can.


• Use agile project management methodologies to manage the game development process.

Requirements:

• You should have at least 2 years of experience as a production manager in the gaming industry.


• You have excellent organizational and communication skills.


• You are a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to produce high-quality work.


• You are passionate about mobile gaming and have a good understanding of the industry.


• You have experience with agile project management methodologies.


• You are proactive and take initiative, always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows.
