Job Title: Recruitment Account Manager/Delivery Consultant - IT Market

Location: Birmingham, UK

Salary: Basic Salary up to £32,500 basic (DOE) + commission

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager/Delivery Consultant to join our team and help us expand our business at our Birmingham office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts in the IT industry


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates


• Developing recruitment strategies and sourcing top talent for open positions


• Conducting interviews and assessments of potential candidates


• Negotiating contracts and offers with clients and candidates


• Providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Account Manager/Delivery Consultant in the IT market


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of the IT industry and current trends


• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets


• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
