Job Title: Restaurant General Manager – Luxury Hotel - Scotland

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Location: Edinburgh

I am recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for a luxury hotel in Edinburgh.

We are looking for a born leader who has experience working in fine dining and high volume restaurants.

As Restaurant General Manager you will offer a hands-on approach along with ensuring the team deliver the highest level of service.

You will need to passionate about fine dining, and all things to do with food & beverage.

About the position

• Lead by example with a hands-on approach
• Ensure that the team deliver a fantastic service
• Manage the budget, costs, and performance against the P&L
• Manage the rota, payroll, recruiting and payroll of the department

The successful candidate

• Must have previous experience in fine dining
• Will have experience as Restaurant General Manager
• Exceptional attention to detail & flawless communication skills
• A natural leader
• Passionate about F&B and customer service
