Job Title:         Chef de Partie

Our client is one of London’s most talked about private members clubs which is located in the heart of Mayfair.

This members club stands out from its direct competition by offering a modern and innovative approach to hospitality.

Their flagship, fine dining restaurant oozes creativity and elegance which is personified across their menus.

You will be cooking for celebrities, VIP’s and managing directors from some of the world’s leading corporations.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• An hourly rate of £15.30 per hour
• 48-hour contract, overtime paid hourly.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• A competent and experienced Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 12 chefs working within the members club reputable FINE DINING OUTLET.
• The ideal Chef de Partie must have a fine dining background.
  
  Previous experience working in Michelin starred or AA restaurants would be advantageous.
• All Chef de Partie applicants should have a stable employment history.
