Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Lewisham, London

Salary: Competitive Basic salary, OTE Up to £35k + Excellent Benefits


Our client are an established estate agency with multiple offices providing excellent services to their clients.

They are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Kent.

The Role:

As an experienced property Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be very familiar with all the fundamental aspects of an estate agency.

You will be comfortable working in a very busy environment and able to multi-task when needed.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person who has excellent communication skills and can build a good relationship with clients

Duties:



* You will advise and negotiate with clients professionally


* You will assist with pitching, reports and prospecting


* Able to cross-sell services easily


Requirements:



* A minimum of 2 years' experience in property sales


* Must be confident with the process of registrations, referencing process, compliance, discussing offers


* Have a good track record in sales and customer service


* The ability to keep up with trends in the property market


* Have a driving licence and your own vehicle
