Personal injury Litigation Lawyer

I am working closely with a Private Practise based in Bolton.

They have a great opportunity for an experience lawyer to join their expanding Personal Injury Litigation department.

The successful candidate will need to be converse with the ability to settle cases within a target environment.

ROLE: Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor
SALARY: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00
BASED: Bolton
OFFICE: Office based

The Role-

• Manage a caseload of around 70-80 mixed Personal Injury Litigated files and credit hire files.


• Helping to bring a practical approach to problem solving.
  
  Demonstrate that they are able to provide authoritative advice to the Officers of the Council and Members, ensuring that decisions and actions are lawful.


• To have worked with Targets.


• Have an ability to plan and prioritise your workload


• Ability to manage a team.

The Person-

• Practising Lawyer- At least 24 months experience handling a caseload of Fast Track and Multi-track claims


• At least 24 months experience handling Litigation (any) Personal injury claims.


• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task


• Candidates must also have excellent communication skills to enable them to build strong relationships with clients.
