Our client a highly regarded Regional Law firm, with multiple offices across West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal.

Providing a level of client care that is second to none, our client is looking for an exceptional candidate.

Your Role:

As the newly appointed Private Client Paralegal you will report to the Head of Department and Solicitors.



This is a full-time, permanent role, and will include but not be exclusive to.

- Providing an exceptional level of secretarial support to fee earners and the head of department
- Audio and copy typing Legal Documents when required.
- Managing the team’s diary across the Private Client team
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Drafting wills
- Taking instructions from new clients
- Arranging client meetings

About you:

To be considered for this role you will:

- Have a friendly and hardworking demeanour.
- Have previous experience working in a busy Law Firm preferably within Private Client Law
- Demonstrate good speed and accuracy when typing.
- Have knowledge of all major Microsoft Office Packages
- Demonstrate experience of working independently and as part of a team
- Also have excellent organisational and communication skills.
