Our client is a long-established Construction Company, who carry out a broad spectrum of works from specialised works to churches and listed buildings to mainstream construction and insurance repairs. 

They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for refurbishment and new build projects valued between £0.5m & £4m.

Primarily, their work covers the following sectors:

• Heritage / Conservation Projects
• Modern Education Buildings
• High-end one-off housing

The successful candidate must have extensive experience of working to tight deadlines in a commercial and local authority environment and be SMSTS qualified.
