EA

As EA you will be supporting the CEO and the Executive Team and the day-to-day facilities management of the office in Bicester.

The role is permanent and full time offering a salary of up to £35,000 working onsite in Bicester with occasional travel to Banbury.


Key Accountabilities for the EA Role:



  • Provide full EA support to the CEO and Executive Team

  • Extensive meeting and diary management

  • Maintaining up to date stakeholder contact lists

  • Planning annual cycle of corporate meetings, circulating agendas, business packs,

  • Compiling and preparing reports, briefing papers, presentations

  • Taking minutes at Board meetings and other corporate meetings, producing briefings and circulating action points

  • Act as first point of contact

  • Full facilities management for the central office

  • Act as Health & Safety representative, ensure all necessary checks and risk assessments are carried out, accidents and complaints investigated, all information logged

  • Managing contracts for central office services - cleaning, parking, waste collections

  • Building supplies, utilities, supplier and contractor management

  • Managing delegate budgets ensuring cost effectiveness

  • Leading on adhoc projects

  • Issuing contracts, renewals

  • Organise one off events, annual conference


Key Skills Required for the EA Role:



  • EA support at Director level

  • Experience of facilities or office management

  • Experience of Health & Safety

  • Confidential and careful approach to document management

  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with all levels

  • Highly organised administrations skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to work on projects and documents independently

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Adaptable in a changing environment

  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Based on full time hours of 9.00 am - 5pm Monday - Friday (30 mins break).

The position is office based in Bicester, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension
