In the long-term you will be responsible for improving quality & consistency, increasing productivity, developing the customer base and maintaining and increasing profitability across all areas of the business!

Essential

• Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with Management of Area Managers / Operations Managers/Operations Chefs
• 25 plus sites in the locker!
• Knowledge/Experience of branded and independent
• Working with investment companies
• Fresh food experience essential
• Strong people and numbers focus
• Driven, resilient and a self-starter
