1st Line ICT Technician

Service Care Solutions are looking for an 1st Line ICT Technician to work on a Hybrid basis for a large Private sector organisation in Hertfordshire.

Key accountabilities

• Provide effective ICT support across all business users both onsite and remotely.


• Providing end user, remote support


• To ensure that all incidents are handled efficiently within SLA.


• Working with customers and internal teams to ensure operational and service excellence is delivered and maintained.


• Supporting and maintaining Office 365 applications.


• Supporting and maintaining bespoke applications.


• Escalate ICT issues outside the technical parameters of 1stLine support capabilities to the appropriate support team.


• Provide exceptional customer service to all business users via phone, email & walk-ins.

Skills & experience

• 1 years' experience working on a technical service desk.


• Working in a customer facing environment.


• Active Directory administration.


• Commercial network experience.


• Knowledge of the MS Office suite 2016 & 365.


• Knowledge of MS Windows operating system up to 10 Enterprise.


• The ideal candidate should be customer focused and the ability to communicate confidently and clearly to customers both face to face and over the telephone.
