Senior Practitioner Young Carers (Part Time)

Young Carer Senior Practitioner / Youth Worker for the Fareham, Gosport and Solent area.

As a Young Person Support worker / practitioner you will help lead the delivery of support and recreation activities for young carers, with a particular focus on those with a Royal Navy / Marines connection.

In addition to direct support and delivery, the post holder will act as a main point of contact for enquiries from the target group across the Solent area.

This will include promotion of the service to relevant agencies as well as assessing and sign posting responses to enquiries.



The role is part time 27 hours.

The role is a mixture of home based and delivery to young people in youth group setting or taking young people on day trips in the school holidays.
