The Role:

Maintenance Administration Co-ordinator

Opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturer.


Dealing with repair and maintenance issues internally.


Assigning work to facilities engineers and maintenance engineers.


Dealing with external contractors.



Using SAP to allocate labour and parts.


£24K-25k, Company Bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, phone/laptop.


This should be seen as a great opportunity to become an integral member of the facilities team.





The Ideal Person:

Maintenance Administration Co-ordinator

Strong administration experience.


Used to working as part of a team.


Ideally will have SAP experience, but not essential.

Strong IT skills are needed.



Able to delegate and progress tasks effectively.


Good communication skills.


Good sense of humour.
