The Headlines:

• Think high end, luxury with tonnes of flair and multifaceted operations under one roof with a large garden space and high-profile chef!
• We are looking for someone who excels in this space – you will have launched premium restaurants but also have experience with chefs table, events space and dealing directly with owners who dominate in their profession.
• The Restaurant has a projected 100 covers with a further 60 for the garden.
  
  You will have new openings experience and be excited to be involved in a high-end project and can demonstrate this experience in your skillset.
• Ability to build and retain a team – we are looking for someone who can embed culture and be able to deliver the owners vision for the project!
• Project turnover £5million

Who will you be?

• Substantial experience in the Premium/Luxury end of the market
• A professional restaurateur
• Understanding of events
• Experience of reporting directly into owners
• Financially and commercially sound – this is a complex business
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Have strong presence
