Dental Nurse

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Hours: 38 hours p/w

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced GDC registered Dental Nurse to join the team at this friendly, established dentist surgery in Surrey.

The practice aims to provide a high standard of quality

across all their treatments, which include cosmetic, restorative and facial aesthetic treatments, along with Dental Implants, Invisalign and Whitening.

Role & Responsibilities:



* Taking responsibility for the decontamination of instruments


* Maintaining dental operating equipment


* Ensuring that all relevant materials are in place


* Looking after patient records, including making notes when the dentist is examining the patient


* Working closely with the dentist responding quickly to requests and generally keeping the surgery ready for use


* You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and control of infection


Requirements:



* Previous experience in a similar role


* GDC registered Dental Nurse


* Have exceptional cross infection skills


* Maintain patient confidentiality


* Be able to work independently.


* Have excellent communication skills


Shift:



* Working day will start at 7.30 a.m.

Tuesdays are off,


* Thursday's are a long day with the hours being 7.30 a.m.

to 19.15pm.


* You will be expected to work every third Saturday of the month.
