Week 1 Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00

Week 2 Monday-Thursday 12:00-24:00

The Job:

My client is looking for a time served CNC to join their expanding business.

This will ideally suit a candidate who has around 3 years+ experience following the completion of their apprenticeship.

Main Responsibilities

• Set and operate 4 vertical milling machines
• Ensure that quality is kept to the highest standard
• Ensure that maintenance is kept to the highest standard
• Check manufactured parts for compliance to drawing
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines and practices are followed
• Assist with problem solving
• Communicate effectively with technical departments
• Identify and develop manufacturing improvements / procedures for continuous improvement

The Candidate

• Time served engineer or a qualification of a similar engineering discipline
•  3, 4 or 5 axis vertical machine experience
• Understanding of continuous improvement and quality systems
• Great problem-solving skills
• Efficient, logical and professional
