Location: Ashford / Hythe (Kent)

Salary: £40k - £50k + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their private client team.

This successful candidate will have a few years' experience in dealing with wills, probate caese and working with private clients.

Duties:



* Managing own cases as a solicitor


* Providing advice on wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and inheritance planning


* Collaborating with established clients and cultivating long-term partnerships


* Conducting in-person meetings with private clients at the firms offices


* Playing an active part in gaining new clients


* Offering realistic and useful advice to clients


Requirements:



* Previously experience working as a Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive on the caseload of private clients.


* Experience in will drafting, as well as probate and some tax experience.


* A desire for professional development and a growth mindset with aspirations to advance in the role.


* Capability to manage tight schedules and perform well under pressure.
