The Role

As the successful appointed IT Trainer, your role will be to design and deliver training for all employees across the firm.  In this role no two days will be the same and it's vital that you have the adaptability, drive, and ambition to deliver training in a proactive and engaging way.

You will design and deliver IT Training courses to all employees, focusing on induction training and the different IT Systems in addition to providing assistance and guidance to ensure new starters perform to the best of their ability.

Our client has a unique way of delivering training and you will be expected to play an active role in the delivery of LMS, Webinars, Lectures and workshops.

These can be undertaken remotely, face to face or in conjunction.

As the newly appointed IT Trainer it's vital that you can deliver an exceptional level of training on Proclaim and Microsoft Office packages, the companies' Intranet, the Avaya phone system and other deployed software to all new starters, plus role-specific software as relevant.

As our client are a multi service law firm, it's also essential that you can demonstrate a clear and concise understanding of various areas of law.

For a Legal Trainer passionate about helping others, this is a fantastic opportunity and exciting time to join the firm.

You will work collaboratively with the Training Manager to report on current projects and training needs.

You will also have full autonomy to produce new IT training material and implement your own ideas from day one. 

About you!

This is no ordinary Legal IT Training role, and our client is looking for an exceptional candidate.

Aside from having the experience to deliver training, you will also have a passion for all things Legal IT! you will genuinely want to help others and play a huge part in seeing them succeed and reach their full potential.

You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in delivering training to groups of all sizes in addition to an individual basis.  Your training style should be informative, engaging and fun! and above all you will have the ability to encourage, empower and motivate your peers.

You will be able to quickly identify individual learning styles and as a result create bespoke training packages for individuals.

With a knowledge of Proclaim that is second to none together with a proficiency of Windows and Microsoft office you will hit the ground running immediately.

 

You will also have proven Experience in creating E-Learning Modules and Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
