Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

We have been instructed on a new role for a Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor in Newcastle to join a firm who are the leading provider of claims-related services in the insurance sector.

The role will give you the opportunity to work with market leaders in catastrophic injury work dealing with high value multi track and catastrophic injury claims including assisting on multi-million-pound brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal claims.

The firm supports employee learning and development and also offers excellent benefits.

Our client is willing to consider applications from candidates at any level, however, it is essential that you have significant multi-track Personal Injury experience and a strong knowledge of relevant insurance principles.

Experience of indemnity, liability and complex medical issues would be an advantage.

The role would suit someone who is positive and confident with good advocacy skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Due to the nature of the work you will need to have strong client care skills and be able to easily gain the trust of your clients and excellent attention to detail is essential.
