Registered Nurse

Location: Stafford, Staffordshire

Salary: £22.73 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 25 hours available per week

(Variety of hours over a 24 hour service)

The Role:

The client currently has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse to join their team in their dedicated and forward-thinking Dementia Centre, for every stage and every age.



Duties:



* Provide excellent clinical care according to NMC requirements.


* Evaluate, implement, and review care plans.


* Support residents to live independently and promote person-centered care.


* Assist clinical leaders in mentoring, developing, and supervising support staff.


Requirements:



* Have previous nursing experience (the candidates with experience from student placements will also be considered)


* You must be a Registered Nurse and have a Nursing level 1 qualification.


* Strong understanding of regulatory framework and adult protection procedures.


* Demonstrate effective communication, strong teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills


* Positive, friendly, and understanding attitude towards customers and other colleagues
