Operations Director- (Midlands)  growing pub company £125,000  

Location               Midlands with national travel (wet led business)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operator to join this expanding wet led pub group based across the UK, some sites are pure wet led and some are a mix of wet and dry sales, with 52 sites and growing, looking to add another 10 sites in the next year, keen to grow.

These pubs all have a great mix of food and drinks, great little business to put your stamp on and have an impact!  

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the Managing Director of the business.  This mindset will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward and report into the owner, opening experience would be essential for this role, and coming from a leading London operator will be key for my client, these sites are all unique to the location – They are keen to speak to talent with some branded experience (a background from pubs or bars is needed)

This being said, the business in evolving all the time and a candidate who has a track record of business change to keep ahead of market trends will do well.

In the long-term you will be responsible for improving product quality & consistency, increasing productivity, developing customer base and maintaining and increasing profitability across all areas of the business, experience with new openings and managing Area Managers is a must!

Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with Management as an Operations Director – pub/bar sector experience needed
