As Head of IP Records, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the smooth running of the sizeable IP records team.

This patent and trade mark practice protect the IP interests of clients from start-ups to iconic corporations and the work of the IP records and formalities team is pivotal in ensuring they receive an exceptional service.

An overview of this varied role is to allocate workloads, ensuring that tasks are completed in timely manner.

You'll take a view on best practice, developing and refining processes where there is need.

Conducting appraisals, nurturing and identifying training needs are hugely important here, as are delegating tasks to ensure an even workflow across your expert IP Records team.

You'll work closely with colleagues across all departments, as well as external stakeholders, including attorneys, accounts and senior management to ensure communication channels are open.
