We are working with a growing restaurant and bar group who are looking for a Head Chef to help strengthen the team as the group expands.

This is the fast moving experience bar sector that is really booming, the food is casual dining but can be high volume.

We are looking for an experienced head chef that can manage the kitchen

About the role of theHead Chef

The role of the Head Chef will be to efficiently run the site, oversee service, maintain brand standards train and motivate the back of house team and help build the brand.

Someone with a good background in stocks and systems and strong leader in the kitchen this is a fast-moving food and beverage site that is a lot of fun! As head chef you will be responsible for the menu, develop and train your team and make sure your site is compliant.

Skills and Experience of the Head Chef:

• Good understanding of GP, labour control
• Excellent service standards
• Positive and creative mindset
• Self-starter – entrepreneurial attitude
