Property Paralegal/Fee Earner

I am recruiting for a highly established and well-regarded Law firm with a number of offices throughout the North West who are seeking to appoint a Property Paralegal to join their Property team at their Preston office.

The successful candidate will be providing legal support to a Senior fee earner, as well as handle a caseload of your own, Dealing with all aspects of Shared Ownership and outright plot sales.

The ideal candidate must hold at least 2yrs experience in Property law for in Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing, Plot Sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary for the Property Paralegal role is dependent on experience ranging from £26,000-£35,000.
