Business Development Manager

We have an exciting client growing in the hotel Saas/AI space.

They are an international business that is about to grow in UK and other European locations.

Working for them you can expect quarterly trips to meet the rest of the team on the continent, remote working within the UK, opportunities for progression and a market with little competition as they have such a stand out product.


  • Manage and develop own pipeline
  • Organise and update CRM system
  • Communicate and collaborate with UK and Euro team
  • Understand Hoteliers goals and strategise with them
  • Be a thought leader in the sector

Skills required:

  • 3+ years experience selling into hotels/travel industry
  • Good understanding of the hospitality industry and the travel technology landscape
  • Saas sales experience preferable
  • Hunter mentality
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently in order to achieve business goals and individual targets.
  • Fearlessness & used to a high-paced sales environment
  • Experience working with KPIs and sales revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
