Machine Shop Sourcing Expert, Component Procurement

Procurement and Supply Chain expert required to join a small, growing and dynamic Engineering company who manufacture high value low volume electromechanical devices.


Experience purchasing machined components to very tight tolerances from global suppliers and fluency in Excel are essential.
This is a senior but entirely hands on role and is very urgent.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in supply chain related subject such as Manufacturing Technology, or other appropriate engineering technical degree.



Understanding of
Electromechanical devices and systems such as: motors, generators, downhole, safety valves and precision Engineering in general.


Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SAP Business by Design
