Senior HR Advisor – Shefford (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Pay Rate: £250.68ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Experience Requirements Local Government Experience as an HR Adviser Recent operational TUPE experience (both TUPE in and out of organisations).

Recent operational HR Advisory experience across the range of ER policies and holding own case load.

Supporting Managers with the drafting of ER reports for formal hearings.

Quality Assurance of reports.

Knowledge and operational experience of Ill Health Retirement processes Supported / lead HR related projects Managing change across a range of Directorates / conditions of service Knowledge, use and co-ordination of HR systems to respond to customer enquiries and record case Supervising / managing/mentoring staff Non essential experience / nice to have Experience of HR Advisory support for Schools, including knowledge of the School Teachers’ Pay & Conditions / NJC Pay & Conditions Working in private sector in a service delivery environment (i.e care homes, wholly owned companies etc)
