Residential Childcare Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker for the Birmingham Children's Trust in South Birmingham on a full-time basis.
As a member of our residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives.

This could be in the form of helping the young person at school or just with their daily lives.

The requirements for a residential care worker are to have the ability to communicate with a range of young people and be able to provide consistent care and support.

You must also have a desire to work with these young people who show signs of challenging behaviour and commit to working with them while they and you are at risk.
