Job Title: Chef de Partie

H&C Solutions are delighted to be working in partnership with a brand-new restaurant set to launch in the heart of Soho! This highly anticipated opening will be oozing with glamour, with a modern restaurant spanning over two floors.

They will also have a large outdoor dining area along with private dining rooms.

The restaurant will have a strong emphasis on everything seafood!

Chef de Partie benefits:

• 50 hours per week, estimated finishing times around 11:00pm

Chef de Partie requirements:

• The ideal Chef de Partie will have a keen passion and pallet for seafood.

• They are searching for a Chef de Partie with experience working in a busy service led environment.

• A Chef de Partie who is confident in their ability to run a kitchen section – MEP, ordering, labelling and can work well in training others.
