The Role: Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of Engineering projects of various sizes.
Managing resources, programme, specification, and financials across the full project cycle.
This includes management of issues risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery to Customer requirements.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship across all key stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Ensure that projects are completed to the quality, within programme constraints and budget.

As Project Manager you will share the company's vision and implement it across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include from design to delivery.
- Manage all aspects of multiple projects in line with programme and customer requirements.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services.
- Work with procurement and operations to ensure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned time frames where required.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and drive the project management team meetings.
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across business teams.
The Right Person
The successful Project Manager Experience in successfully managing projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget.
At least 4 years project management experience in preferably working in an Engineering environment, as well as possessing the following attributes and skills:
- Good understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
- Degree level qualified.
- Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain relationships by engaging key stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectives.
- Self-motivated, decisive, and flexible with proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
