My client is an established business who have a fantastic reputation for supplying some of the biggest names in the UK Hospitality and Foodservice sectors.

They are currently looking for a Junior Buyer to join their team.

The successful Junior Buyer will be responsible for managing supplier relationships to deliver competitive prices so that they can ensure their clients have the best deal possible.

This role will also involve studying the market to find new potential suppliers, negotiating tenders and overseeing reviews.

This is the ideal role for motivated Buyers who are strong negotiators and quality relationship builders, who want to join a leading and ever-growing business who can match their ambition.

The Ideal Junior Buyer Candidate:

• Have a minimum of 2 years buying experience within foodservice, food retail or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive and ambitious.
• Strong computer skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully work to and within deadlines.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skill set within new categories.
