Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager, Birmingham, West Midlands, £50-55K + 10% Bonus + £5,400 Car Allowance + Bens.

You must have a background as a Digital Project Manager with experience of Project Management or Process Improvement of digitilisation, shaping and delivering a number of improvement projects within a multi-divisional business nationwide.



Construction industry experience would be a plus.



The role:

Planning
, Plans, controls and manages the delivery of a Portfolio of projects to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
, Ensures that all projects are appropriately planned as per guidance from the IT PMO Controls and Governance Models
, Conducts regular reviews and reports progress against the project budget and project plan

Financial Responsibilities
, Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
, Liaises with budget holders and sponsors to manage the project spend within agreed budget
, Ensures best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of resources and technology
, Operates the PMOs risk framework to identify and manage the required outcome of potential risks and opportunities

Operational Responsibilities
, Overall management of a projects
, Liaison, communication and effective management of suppliers, the Business and other functions to ensure each projects effective delivery on schedule and within budget
, Reports on budgets, resourcing, project(s) status, risks and issues to the Portfolio

, Strong understanding / recognised qualification relating to the disciplines of project management including best practice methodologies e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile, APMP, Scrum Master etc

This Digital Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Birmingham, West Midlands and pays c£50-55K base + 10% Bonus, £5,400 Car Allowance + bens.
